Very clean and nice rooms. The staff is very friendly :)

We booked last minute a room at 'The Fifth Residence' and we had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean and the bathroom seemed newly decorated. The staff is very friendly and they made no fuss regarding our request to do a very early check out in order to catch our flight. The location is excellent walking distance to the city center. There is a kettle and a microwave in the reception aerea. You can also do the laundry.

Very comfortable place for short term stay. The best hotel for this price that we've ever found in Bangkok (we've been there 7 times;))
